Back Up Your Mac: You can use Time Machine, the built-in backup feature of your Mac, to automatically back up all of your files, including apps, music, photos, email, documents, and system files. Click for more information.

Back Up Your iOS Device: If you back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you’ll have a copy of your information to use in case your device is ever replaced, lost, or damaged. Click for more information.

Turn OFF Find My iPhone: Activation Lock is designed to keep your device and your information safe in case your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch is ever lost or stolen. However, before any service is performed on iOS devices, this should be deactivated.

Repair and Service Prices

Diagnosis: In-house diagnostics will get your Mac or iOS device looked at by an Authorized Apple Service Technician and if we can resolve the issue, and you approve the repair, that fee is applied towards the labor on the service. If you decline the repair, that fee is for our technician's time spent on diagnosing the issue. Diagnostic fees are waived for units under AppleCare+.
